With more than two decades of real estate experience and a lifelong background in public service, Kenneth brings professionalism, integrity, patience, and real-world experience to every client relationship. Before real estate, he proudly served 18 years in the United States Coast Guard and later worked 17 years with the Internal Revenue Service. Those careers helped shape his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to helping people through important life decisions.
Kenneth is known for being approachable, easy to talk to, and genuinely focused on understanding his clients’ needs. Whether helping a first-time homebuyer, a growing family, military veterans, retirees, or someone relocating to Utah, he believes real estate is about more than buying and selling homes — it’s about helping people build stability, memories, and a future.
He has experience with residential sales, investment properties, rentals, and property management-related services, giving clients practical insight into both homeownership and long-term real estate investment.

Outside of work, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his wife Rachel, their family, grandchildren, RV travel, home projects, and staying active in the local community.
